Integration questions
SuiteOp connects to Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, OwnerRez, Cloudbeds, Mews, Track, Streamline, Hostify and Hostfully, among others, and to Airbnb. The directory above lists every PMS and channel.
Open Integrations in SuiteOp, pick your PMS and connect it: depending on the PMS, you either sign in to authorize SuiteOp or enter API credentials from your PMS account. Then sync your listings and add each one as a SuiteOp property in a group, which you can change later. From then on, reservations sync from your PMS, and you can re-sync them all from the integration's settings.
Yes. SuiteOp is hardware agnostic, so locks from different brands look and work the same in it. Connect each lock brand's account once, its devices import into SuiteOp, and you assign them to properties. A property can have several locks, such as a gate, a building door and a front door, and one lock can serve several properties, like a shared common-area door. With dynamic codes on, each reservation gets its own code, scheduled for the dates of the stay.
Remove the locks from your previous system first. When you assign a lock to a property that uses dynamic codes, SuiteOp clears the codes already on it, except the master code, so its reservation, user and backup codes never conflict with old ones.
Yes. Connect the new PMS, then link each SuiteOp property to its listing in the new PMS, so you keep the same properties in SuiteOp. Reservations then come from the new PMS, and earlier ones stay visible in SuiteOp.
