SmartThings + SuiteOp: Locks, Climate, Water and Garage in One App
SmartThings ties the locks, thermostats, water shut-off valves and garage doors at each property to one location. SuiteOp brings them into one app, with a unique door code for every stay, thermostat limits you set and remote control of valves and garage doors, so your team handles each property from one screen.

WHAT SUITEOP DOES
Why SuiteOp + SmartThings
Tap a feature to see each one.
FEATURE 1 OF 3
A Door Code for Every Stay
SuiteOp writes each guest's code to a lock slot when the stay begins, deletes it when the stay ends and keeps 3 backup codes ready on each lock. Guests get their own code, and old codes clear out on schedule.
FEATURE 2 OF 3
Climate Within Your Limits
Set temperature and mode on SmartThings thermostats, with the minimum and maximum you choose. Guests stay comfortable, and settings stay inside your range.
FEATURE 3 OF 3
Water and Garage, Handled Remotely
Open or close water shut-off valves and garage doors from SuiteOp, on the same screen as each property's locks. Your team can act on a leak or an open garage without a site visit.
