SuiteVerify is SuiteOp's guest verification. It collects information from guests before their stay, verifies their identity with AI, collects agreement signatures and handles security deposits, all inside the guest portal.
How does SuiteVerify check a guest's identity?
The Identity Check step compares the guest's ID with a selfie using AI, then compares the details on the ID with the reservation. Anything that raises a flag is marked for manual review.
Can SuiteVerify take a security deposit?
Yes. A Security Deposit step authorizes an amount you choose on the guest's payment method, through a Stripe account connected to SuiteOp.
Can I use different verification steps for different bookings?
Yes. Each verification rule can include or exclude booking sources, so direct bookers and OTA guests can get different steps, and returning guests can be excluded. You can also add a step to a single reservation.
Can SuiteVerify ask guests extra questions before arrival?
Yes. The Additional Questions step shows your own questions in the guest portal, and answers can flag a reservation for review, notify your team or feature related upsells.
