The guest sees a Background check item in their pre-check-in form. They agree to Authenticate.com's terms and policies, then provide the details the check needs.
What information does the background check need from the guest?
Authenticate.com needs the guest's full name, email, date of birth, phone number, address and the last four digits of their Social Security number.
