Each guest's code reaches the Tedee Keypad on the schedule you set and is removed automatically after check-out. Date changes move the code with the booking, and cancellations clear it.

SuiteOp keeps 3 backup codes ready on each lock and swaps one in if the guest code fails its check at check-in. Guests can also get a backup code from their portal.

Yes. Lock or unlock any connected Tedee lock from the SuiteOp web or mobile app.
What happens if a Tedee lock goes offline?
SuiteOp sends one alert per outage by app, push, Slack or SMS, then a "back online" alert once the lock is stable. Code changes made in the meantime are re-sent when it reconnects.
