DMCA Policy
SuiteOp Inc. is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If your copyrighted material has been posted on SuiteOp or linked via our services and you wish for it to be removed, you must provide a written communication including:
- Evidence of Authorization: Proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Contact Information: A valid email address and sufficient details for us to contact you.
- Identification of Work: Sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work and the specific search terms or URLs where it appears.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature from the authorized person.

3. Important Notices
- Liability: You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you misrepresent that material is infringing.
