Last Updated: October 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SuiteOp Inc. ("SuiteOp", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website suiteop.com (the "Website").
The consent model we apply depends on your location. In GDPR-regulated regions (EU/EEA/UK) we operate on an opt-in basis — non-essential cookies are only set after you explicitly consent via our cookie banner. In other regions, non-essential cookies are active by default but you can opt out at any time. You can manage your preferences at any time using the button below.

Instantly / RB2B (Website Visitor Identification)
This service identifies the businesses and people who visit our Website so our sales team can follow up with them. It runs only for visitors outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and it is never loaded for visitors in those regions. Your region is based on the country of your IP address. Outside those regions marketing cookies are on by default, and you can turn it off at any time under Cookie Settings in the footer.
To identify visitors, it looks up the approximate location of your IP address and matches browser identifiers with identity partners, including LiveIntent, which it loads. It also reads the HubSpot visitor cookie (hubspotutk) and keeps a copy in its own cookie (_reb2butk). It stores _reb2buid, _reb2butk and _li_duid in your browser's local storage. If you turn marketing cookies off, we delete its cookies and local storage and reload the page so it stops running.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_reb2buid | Instantly / RB2B | Visitor identifier used to identify visiting businesses and people for sales outreach | 1 year |
_reb2bsessionID | Instantly / RB2B | Groups the pages you view into one visit | 30 minutes |
_reb2bgeo | Instantly / RB2B | Remembers your approximate location (country), since the service only identifies visitors in some countries | 20 days |
_reb2butk | Instantly / RB2B | Copy of the HubSpot visitor cookie (hubspotutk), which this service reads | 1 year |
_reb2b* (others) | Instantly / RB2B | Referrer and identity-match details used for the same identification | Up to 1 year (not observed in our testing) |
_lc2_fpi | LiveIntent (via RB2B) | Browser identifier used to match visitors to known identities | Up to 400 days |
_lc2_fpi_js, _li_dcdm_c | LiveIntent (via RB2B) | Support cookies for the identifier above | Session |

Google Tag Manager may load additional Google Ads and conversion tracking tags based on our GTM configuration. These may set cookies such as:

IDE | DoubleClick (Google) | Ad serving and retargeting across Google Display Network | 13 months |
