NEW FEATURES
Track if your team members have accepted their invitations to join your SuiteOp organization in the Users page. Users are now divided into categories of Active, Inactive, and Invited to easily track onboarding of new cleaners, guest support staff, or other team members.
Open the relevant reservation straight from the Transactions table without needing to click into the transaction details for faster transaction reviews.
Filter Workflow actions based on the department to send notifications to different groups based on what department's task was actioned.
Use the notes left by a guest in their Upsell request in an email template. This is great for internal upsell notifications to see exactly what the guest is requesting.

NEW FEATURES
Get suggested tasks from guest reviews in the new Task Opportunities section of SuiteOp. If a guest mentions an issue, SuiteOp will suggest a task for your team to get it solved.
If one of your properties has an extra agreement or questions that need to be answered, you no longer have to create a whole new portal to deal with one-off rule assignments. This is useful for gathering property specific parking information or condo forms from guests.
It is recommended to use the Portal assignment where possible to ensure any new properties will be correctly assigned verification rules.

The default battery alerts for locks are below 30%, if you want to customize this, say if you know your lock will die quickly after it hits 99%, you can now customize your notification threshold per device in the device settings.
It's a common practice to use the last 4 digits of a guest's phone number as an access code, you can now turn this on in SuiteOp too. We recommend using random digits for security purposes and preventing guests from accessing the property before completing pre-checkin steps.

Force photos to be taken in real time by disabling the ability to upload photos from camera roll for task requirements. This prevents the reuse of old photos.
Easily share a link to a guest portal with the new copy portal link button in each reservation in SuiteOp:
Customize where your noise alerts are sent and what they include using Noise alert workflow triggers.
Decide what order Upsells appear to guests in their portal by dragging & dropping in the Upsells page.
Have different cleaners or support staff working on different days of the week? You can now filter workflows based on day of the week. This means you can assign tasks to different users or send notifications to different people based on the day.

It is now extra clear to the guests what needs to be uploaded at each step of the ID verification process. We added example photos showing an ID and a selfie.
We've made some changes to the screen users see for the damage deposit step in their guest verification. It's extra clear now what their options are, whether it is a required Security deposit, a choice between a Security deposit or Damage waiver, or an optional Damage waiver as shown below.
Make bulk changes to Upsells with the check box selectors on the Upsells screen. If you want to activate a group of upsells or move their category, you no longer need to make changes one by one.

To reduce confused guests, pre-check-in steps are now even easier to understand. We added a progress bar, check marks for completed steps, and clear action needed indicators.
Alert yourself or your team of changes & updates like low battery devices or new tasks with customize push notifications from the SuiteOp app.
No need to manually message a guest when you have to decline their early check-in request. You can now set up a workflow to automatically email the guest for you when you click "Decline" on an upsell request.

We made setting up and updating your verification step settings easier with descriptions of each available step and design improvements on the Security deposit step.
Easily see all information at the property level, regardless of where it's assigned with the House Manuals now showing group level manuals. Note: you can't delete a group level manual from the property.
Previously, a guest updating their name in the Your Details verification step would override the current reservation name. This is no longer the case, we'll store the information the guest updates, but will use the original booking name for verifying identities.
We've introduced new variables to our custom emails in Workflows to make your messages richer. You can include deep links to tasks, upsells, and more.
NEW FEATURES
We've updated the Lock codes section of your lock Settings to more easily find each code type. Now when looking for a Backup or User code, just click that tab to see only those codes!
You can now use Devices to trigger workflows, like Slack messages, to set up custom notifications for your team. This is helpful to send different property alerts to separate channels. To start using this head to Workflows.
Sometimes there are alerts you'd like to automatically send to guests, without having to go to your PMS, like upsell approvals. We now have the ability to trigger emails to be sent to guests using workflows! Create templates or start from our library of templates (coming soon).
Note: These emails are meant to be transactional only. You won't be able to see the emails in SuiteOp and responses will go to the email address you set up. We don't offer guest communication.
You can now enable Bulgarian in your guest portals! Turn this on in the Translations page below and then add to your Portal template:
The lock buffer determines how much time before the reservation we start pushing the guest's code to the lock. Previously you could only set your code buffer on the account level. Now you can override the account buffer and choose a buffer length for each device in the device Settings.

Missing a reservation in SuiteOp? Now you can import it using an ID from your PMS. Note this may not be the booking reservation ID, check out the below article to learn how.
There is now a search bar on the reservation list! This makes it easier to find what you're looking for when you need it. The search will only include reservations within the filters you have selected.
Typically we take the check-in and check-out times straight from your PMS, if you want to override the defaults set on your account you can now do so at the property level.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
This month SuiteOp has undergone major performance improvements to make for faster load times and more reliable data updates.
Instead of only showing "Disabled" for all non-dynamic lock statuses on reservations, we now specify the lock code type. You can see if a reservation has a Fixed or Imported code in addition to the usual statuses of Scheduled, Active, No Access, and Disabled.
Redesigned the upsell creation flow to be more intuitive. You now create upsells in three sections and soon to come you'll be able to start from a library of templates.
Updated the UI of Workflows to more easily see your automations by category. Also introduced a more streamlined workflow building flow.
Added the brand of lock to the smart lock device settings to help with troubleshooting.
Ticketmaster events outside of the US were not loading, this is fixed and you should now see all Ticketmaster events around the world.
Fixed reported issues with task templates being created in the wrong order or missing sections.
AllEvents was giving an error on event searches, this is solved and you can upload AllEvents events again!
Added the Stripe account ID to the Transactions table for increased visibility.
NEW FEATURES
Import events from Ticketmaster in the Events section of Portal settings! These events will show on your guest portals if they're occurring during the guest's stay.

You can now add internal notes to upsells to communicate with your other operators and track why something was accepted or declined. You'll find this option below Status on the upsell request:
Sometimes you may not want to offer a damage waiver for shorter stays, like someone staying for a single night. We've added the option to make your damage waiver dependent on length of stay to give more flexibility.
Set up: Look for the option in the Damage deposit verification rule:
Offer an optional damage waiver for guests who aren't being asked to make a deposit. This is a great revenue source from Airbnb guests who want to avoid charges for minimal damages.
Set up: Add a verification rule for Damage deposit, check Damage waiver, turn on Make Waiver Optional
Now you can export guest's pre-check verification details, including answers to additional questions. Helpful for marketing tracking and data collection!

You no longer need to remember to capture payment after Approving an upsell. Now a pop-up message will appear after Approval where you can capture payment.
We've added a search bar to the PMS Integration pages, no more scrolling to find a new property among all of your listings already live.

Sometimes images look a little different than expected in the guest portal. Now you have the option to crop images to your preferences by using the crop icon after upload.
Large volumes of house manuals can be overwhelming to manage, especially when trying to add to new properties. Now you can bulk select and assign house manuals easily. Use filtering, search, and internal notes to easily find the manuals you need and manage selection to change status, category, and add assignments.
Along with the option to hide check-in instructions for a specified time before check-in, you can now hide the property address for extra security in your property settings.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Previously when bulk editing to copy assignments at the property level using Select All would include the property currently being edited. The current property is now excluded to avoid duplication of elements.
Custom variables are now easier to view, manage, and use throughout SuiteOp. Variables make things like agreements and Slack messages customizable & flexible to show the information you need.
