NEW FEATURES

🕶️ Save Filters & Default Views

You can now save your most-used filters as company wide or private views! You can even set default views, at both the user and organization level. Spend less time adding filters and more time on actionable insights 💪

Introducing relative date filters! Now filter your SuiteOp data and dashboards by relative dates and use dates in your saved views.

🚦 Updated Navigation

Our new and improved navigation has launched to help you more easily find what you're looking for.

What changed:

Workflows & Analytics are broken out for easier access
Guest Portals Setup now has its own section, leaving the Reservations section as the go-to place to handle current stays with your Reservation List and Upsell Requests
Property management for Units, Devices, Alerts (Noise Events), and Bulk Editing capabilities are now centralized under Properties

⭐ Check-in & Check-out Surveys

Check-in & check-out surveys are revamped with new visibility on the reservation level, more details for guests to provide, and greater reporting capabilities.

🔄 New Workflow Triggers & Actions

Workflows are now more powerful than ever with the launch of two new triggers and a new action.

✅ New triggers

Upsells: trigger a workflow action when an upsell is requested, approved, or scheduled
Reviews: trigger a workflow action when a review or survey is submitted

✅ New action

Send a Slack message: send a custom Slack message to the channel of your choice when triggered

Using Workflows

⭐ VRBO Reviews from Guesty

We're now pulling VRBO reviews from Guesty! This data will be available in your Reviews dashboard in the Analytics tab.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

🏘️ Property Level Bulk Editing

Previously when bulk editing to copy assignments at the property level using Select All would include the property currently being edited. The current property is now excluded to avoid duplication of elements.

💻 Custom Variable Management

Custom variables are now easier to view, manage, and use throughout SuiteOp. Variables make things like agreements and Slack messages customizable & flexible to show the information you need.

ℹ️ To use: Simply clicking a variable will copy to clipboard, then paste where you'd like to use.

👀 Tasks Have a New Look

We're continuing to make improvements on the Tasks UI.

💥 Filter Manuals by Category

You can now filter your manuals by category to more easily find what you're looking for.

🔑 Import Manual Code Improvements

You can now import a manual code from backup or manually enter a code of your choosing. Note: you need to disable scheduler on the reservation to do this. Manually entered codes are not pushed to the lock, this is only to show a code in the guest portal.
