Get suggested tasks from guest reviews in the new Task Opportunities section of SuiteOp. If a guest mentions an issue, SuiteOp will suggest a task for your team to get it solved.
If one of your properties has an extra agreement or questions that need to be answered, you no longer have to create a whole new portal to deal with one-off rule assignments. This is useful for gathering property specific parking information or condo forms from guests.
It is recommended to use the Portal assignment where possible to ensure any new properties will be correctly assigned verification rules.

The default battery alerts for locks are below 30%, if you want to customize this, say if you know your lock will die quickly after it hits 99%, you can now customize your notification threshold per device in the device settings.
It's a common practice to use the last 4 digits of a guest's phone number as an access code, you can now turn this on in SuiteOp too. We recommend using random digits for security purposes and preventing guests from accessing the property before completing pre-checkin steps.
Enable this in Devices > Settings (top right corner):
Force photos to be taken in real time by disabling the ability to upload photos from camera roll for task requirements. This prevents the reuse of old photos.
Easily share a link to a guest portal with the new copy portal link button in each reservation in SuiteOp:
Customize where your noise alerts are sent and what they include using Noise alert workflow triggers.
Decide what order Upsells appear to guests in their portal by dragging & dropping in the Upsells page.
Have different cleaners or support staff working on different days of the week? You can now filter workflows based on day of the week. This means you can assign tasks to different users or send notifications to different people based on the day.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
It is now extra clear to the guests what needs to be uploaded at each step of the ID verification process. We added example photos showing an ID and a selfie.
We've made some changes to the screen users see for the damage deposit step in their guest verification. It's extra clear now what their options are, whether it is a required Security deposit, a choice between a Security deposit or Damage waiver, or an optional Damage waiver as shown below.
Make bulk changes to Upsells with the check box selectors on the Upsells screen. If you want to activate a group of upsells or move their category, you no longer need to make changes one by one.
