We've updated the Lock codes section of your lock Settings to more easily find each code type. Now when looking for a Backup or User code, just click that tab to see only those codes!
You can now use Devices to trigger workflows, like Slack messages, to set up custom notifications for your team. This is helpful to send different property alerts to separate channels. To start using this head to Workflows.
Sometimes there are alerts you'd like to automatically send to guests, without having to go to your PMS, like upsell approvals. We now have the ability to trigger emails to be sent to guests using workflows! Create templates or start from our library of templates (coming soon).
Note: These emails are meant to be transactional only. You won't be able to see the emails in SuiteOp and responses will go to the email address you set up. We don't offer guest communication.
You can now enable Bulgarian in your guest portals! Turn this on in the Translations page below and then add to your Portal template:
The lock buffer determines how much time before the reservation we start pushing the guest's code to the lock. Previously you could only set your code buffer on the account level. Now you can override the account buffer and choose a buffer length for each device in the device Settings.
Find this option in the device Settings tab:
Missing a reservation in SuiteOp? Now you can import it using an ID from your PMS. Note this may not be the booking reservation ID, check out the below article to learn how.
There is now a search bar on the reservation list! This makes it easier to find what you're looking for when you need it. The search will only include reservations within the filters you have selected.
Typically we take the check-in and check-out times straight from your PMS, if you want to override the defaults set on your account you can now do so at the property level.
Go to the property Settings > Property > Default Check-in Time👇
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
This month SuiteOp has undergone major performance improvements to make for faster load times and more reliable data updates.
Instead of only showing "Disabled" for all non-dynamic lock statuses on reservations, we now specify the lock code type. You can see if a reservation has a Fixed or Imported code in addition to the usual statuses of Scheduled, Active, No Access, and Disabled.
Redesigned the upsell creation flow to be more intuitive. You now create upsells in three sections and soon to come you'll be able to start from a library of templates.
Updated the UI of Workflows to more easily see your automations by category. Also introduced a more streamlined workflow building flow.
Added the brand of lock to the smart lock device settings to help with troubleshooting.
Ticketmaster events outside of the US were not loading, this is fixed and you should now see all Ticketmaster events around the world.
Fixed reported issues with task templates being created in the wrong order or missing sections.
AllEvents was giving an error on event searches, this is solved and you can upload AllEvents events again!
Added the Stripe account ID to the Transactions table for increased visibility.
