AI Powered Task Opportunities

Guests leave a ton of valuable feedback in their SuiteOp surveys and public reviews. It can be hard to keep track of which properties have which issues and when something becomes a real problem you should fix. Our AI will read through every guest survey and review and suggest tasks for your team, with a department, urgency, title, and description connected to the relevant property. Learn more about how it works below.


Finding the Opportunities page

In the navigation, open the Tasks dropdown and select Opportunities:

This will open the Opportunities page, showing you the latest opportunities that Need attention:


How Opportunities work in SuiteOp

  1. Review evaluation: Every guest survey response or review that comes into the account is evaluated by our AI to find issues to be addressed at your properties or with your processes.

  2. Task suggestion: After finding a potential issue, SuiteOp will suggest a task for you to create to solve the guest's problem. If a similar issue already exists, you can link that issue or Create new. This can be anything from fixing a broken lamp to addressing cleaning problems.

    1. The suggested Department is chosen based on the Department descriptions outlined in the Task Templates page, we recommend making these clear and detailed for the best results.

    2. The Priority is estimated based on urgency level of the issue

    3. The Impact tracks how many reviews have mentioned the issue

    4. Last Reported shows the date of the latest review mentioning the

  3. Take action: After evaluating the suggested task, you can choose to

    1. Create the task and assign it to a team member right from the suggestion, this will move the status to Closed automatically

    2. Update the status to Ignore

    3. Update the status to Watch

    4. Update the status to Closed
