Want to check on your performance or time spent working? See the details of completed tasks for you or your team in the Task Stats tab in the My Tasks page. Track user task duration, average completion stats, and export to csv for deeper analysis.

Keep more teammates in the loop. You can now add Collaborators to tasks so everyone stays aligned.

Only one official assignee per task

🛑 Upsell display by channel

Restrict what upsells are shown to guests based on their booking channel. For example, if your Airbnb guests always pay pet fees when they book, you can choose to not display pet fees to Airbnb guests.

🔒 Lock a device with Workflows

Prevent security issues by automatically locking smart locks after a reservation ends using SuiteOp Workflows.

🌏 Translation updates

We've simplified Translations in SuiteOp. Now manage all translations in the Translations page, these updates apply to all guests automatically, with no need to assign them per portal.

Quickly find what matters most. Opportunities can now be filtered by Department, Priority, and Impact. Whether you're tracking high-priority tasks or reviewing impact by team, it's easier than ever to focus on what needs your attention.

🔢 Assign multiple Additional Question steps in verification rules

You can now assign multiple sets of additional questions to a portal or property and they will appear successively for guests.

This enhancement lets you, for instance, create a general set of questions that applies across all properties, while also adding specific sets tailored to individual portals or properties.

Hosting the same event as last month? Easily duplicate an event and make changes as needed instead of starting from scratch.
