🔢 Advanced Analytics Filters

SuiteOp's Analytics provides a comprehensive view of all your property's key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and statistics on a single page.

It now offers the flexibility to filter data by date range, reservation status, groups, units, and date aggregation.

Understanding the KPIs in SuiteAnalytics

  1. Day of the Week Analysis: Understand booking patterns throughout the week to tailor marketing, pricing, and resource allocation strategies effectively.
  2. Check-in and Check-out Analysis: Monitor guest arrivals and departures to optimize property occupancy and staff scheduling, ensuring smooth transitions.

🚩 Blacklist Feature

This enhancement continues to strengthen your defenses against fraud, bad actors, and unruly guest behavior, all while ensuring a smooth and seamless self-check-in process for your valued guests.

With this new functionality, SuiteOp users can proactively blacklist troublesome guests directly from the reservation toggle. This provides peace of mind, knowing that flagged guests from previous incidents won't slip through the cracks and gain access to your properties.

Key features:

  1. Effortless Management: Easily manage blacklisted guests through a dedicated section on the reservations page. This intuitive interface allows you to review and update the blacklist as needed, ensuring maximum control and flexibility.
  2. Notification System: When a blacklisted guest attempts to book a reservation, SuiteOp users will receive a notification. This alerts you to take immediate action, initiating a manual review process before allowing the guest to check-in.

💡Pro tip:

If you have an existing list of unruly guests, you can manual add people to your blacklist.

When adding an existing guest to your blacklist from the reservation toggle, we will only add the booker to the blacklist. You can use the manual blacklist addition feature to add other guests that traveled alongside the main booker.


🎁 Upsells Analytics and Filters

We've upgraded your upsell analytics to match the design and filtering capabilities of our other analytics pages (like reservations and reviews). You can now get a better sense of your upsells performance.


🔽 Reservations Export

On the reservations page, you can now download ina CSV format all reservations displayed based on the filters you use.

We want you to own your data so you can use it for re-marketing purposes, or daily operational needs.

💡Pro tip:

When downloading reservations for guests that have completed their guest portal, you’ll access the real e-mail they have entered in their pre-checkin.

One of our biggest releases yet. This brand new module brings a sleuth of new exciting features to you and your guests! SuiteVerify enables you to prevent fraud and bad actors from impacting your business, as well as curb poor guest behavior all the while enabling your guests to benefit from a seamless self-check-in process.

For you:

  • Collect phone numbers and e-mails for re-marketing
  • Require guests to e-sign documents
  • Capture security deposit authorization holds
  • AI-powered biometrics cross-checks guests ID with selfie

For your guests:

  • Securely share their guest portal with other members of their group
  • Seamlessly pre-check-in w/o a front-desk

The best part? It’s fully configurable at the Portal Template-level and entirely included in your CORE SuiteOp plan: define and segment your guest’s SuiteVerify experience to fit your needs.

💡Pro tips:

  • Security deposits can be configured to be collected across different stripe accounts per Portal Template.
  • Existing Autohost users can connect their Autohost account to sync their guests’ verification status directly to SuiteOp.

⭐Review AI Analysis

Save time and act before more negative reviews accrue: SuiteOp’s automatic negative review analyzer offers you a summary of a negative review and actionable next steps to address any issues.

ℹ️ How to setup:

  1. From the main menu, head to Analytics
  2. Click on the Reviews section
  3. There, you’ll see a new column called AI Analysis
  4. All future reviews are automatically analyzed, and our AI will provide actionable insights.
  5. To maximize your use of the AI Review Analyzr, make sure to setup the smart **Slack notification.**

💡Pro tip:

You can set up a Slack notification to any channel of your choosing whenever you receive a review with a 4⭐ rating or lower. This notification will include the AI analysis so that you can immediately take action on improving your operation!

How to setup:

  • From the main menu, head to your organization name → Integration
  • Search for Slack
  • Look for the notification setting Push reviews (≤4) notifications to and select any Slack channel

A refreshed reservation page, with a more actionable tactical view on:

  • Your guests’ interaction with their Portal
  • The status of codes pushed to locks

💡Pro tips:

  • Guests who press I checked-in in their Portal (at the last step of their check-in instruction) will be marked automatically as Checked-in
  • We will soon enable guests to mark themselves as Checked-out in their Portal so that your teams can safely enter properties earlier than the checkout time to clean rooms and further optimize your operation. You’ll also be able to override this checkout status at any time.

📌 Security Deposits by booking source

In a few clicks, exclude any booking sources.

For instance, you may want to waive security deposits for all Airbnb guests, as it is more uncommon for hosts for capture deposits on the platform.

ℹ️ How to setup:

  • From the main menu, click on Portal
  • Click on any of your existing portals or create a new one
  • Select Pre-check-in from the top-toggle
  • Under the section SuiteOp Pre-checkin Settings → select any booking sources you would like to have the security deposit waived for

💅🏽 Vanity URLs

Customize your SuiteOp guest portal to fit your brand with the subdomain of your choice, and any branded domain you own.

ℹ️ How to setup:

  • From the main menu, click on your Organization name
  • Click on Organization
  • Under the General toggleWhite Labeling section
  • Under Portal URL enter any subdomain of your choice i..e portal, guest, reservation… the sky is the limit! Follow this subdomain by a domain that you own.
  • Head to your domain’s DNS setting (i.e. see instructions for godaddy or google domains here) and add the following A Record 76.76.21.21
