🔢 Advanced Analytics Filters

SuiteOp's Analytics provides a comprehensive view of all your property's key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and statistics on a single page.

It now offers the flexibility to filter data by date range, reservation status, groups, units, and date aggregation.

Understanding the KPIs in SuiteAnalytics

Key Property Metrics.

  1. Day of the Week Analysis: Understand booking patterns throughout the week to tailor marketing, pricing, and resource allocation strategies effectively.
  2. Check-in and Check-out Analysis: Monitor guest arrivals and departures to optimize property occupancy and staff scheduling, ensuring smooth transitions.

🚩 Blacklist Feature

This enhancement continues to strengthen your defenses against fraud, bad actors, and unruly guest behavior, all while ensuring a smooth and seamless self-check-in process for your valued guests.

With this new functionality, SuiteOp users can proactively blacklist troublesome guests directly from the reservation toggle. This provides peace of mind, knowing that flagged guests from previous incidents won't slip through the cracks and gain access to your properties.

Key features:

  1. Effortless Management: Easily manage blacklisted guests through a dedicated section on the reservations page. This intuitive interface allows you to review and update the blacklist as needed, ensuring maximum control and flexibility.
  2. Notification System: When a blacklisted guest attempts to book a reservation, SuiteOp users will receive a notification. This alerts you to take immediate action, initiating a manual review process before allowing the guest to check-in.

💡Pro tip:

If you have an existing list of unruly guests, you can manual add people to your blacklist.

When adding an existing guest to your blacklist from the reservation toggle, we will only add the booker to the blacklist. You can use the manual blacklist addition feature to add other guests that traveled alongside the main booker.


🎁 Upsells Analytics and Filters

We've upgraded your upsell analytics to match the design and filtering capabilities of our other analytics pages (like reservations and reviews). You can now get a better sense of your upsells performance.


🔽 Reservations Export

On the reservations page, you can now download ina CSV format all reservations displayed based on the filters you use.

We want you to own your data so you can use it for re-marketing purposes, or daily operational needs.

💡Pro tip:

When downloading reservations for guests that have completed their guest portal, you’ll access the real e-mail they have entered in their pre-checkin.
