Bulk Editing Properties
The Bulk Editing feature allows you to quickly update multiple properties and groups at once. This is especially useful for managing large sets of properties efficiently.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Properties > Bulk Editing in your dashboard. From here, you can select properties by group or tags to apply changes in bulk.
What Can You Update?
Bulk Editing provides three main areas for updates:
Network & Device Settings
Update Wi-Fi details for your properties.
Set minimum and maximum temperature ranges.
Adjust humidity settings (available if thermostats are added).
Validation and Entry Codes
Configure code types for property access.
Set or update validation codes and/or entry codes.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Define or modify check-in and check-out time settings for your properties.
Tips for Using Bulk Editing
Use tags to quickly group similar properties for updates.
Double-check your changes before saving to avoid unintended updates across multiple properties.
