All of the device information can be found in the History tab of the device side panel. These will show any events the device reports to us. If the disconnection time is not listed, we weren't given the data. Sometimes there can be a delay in device history.

You can see what code was used to open a lock in the History tab of the device side panel. Here we will show if a User code, Reservation code, or Backup code was used. Any codes not added through SuiteOp won't be detected here, deleted codes will also not display. If you are investigating a code use, it is recommended to view the history data ahead of remove the code.

What smart locks are recommended?

SuiteOp is hardware agnostic, meaning any compatible lock will look and act the same in SuiteOp's interface. Some of the most popular and reliable lock are Yale and Schlage.

Should I get Wifi or Z-wave locks?

Both wifi and z-wave locks will work with SuiteOp. Wifi connected locks tend to cost less, but have a shorter battery life by a few months. Z-wave locks are reported to be a bit more reliable, but cost more, and are dependent on SmartThings for compatibility.
