Workflow Triggers: Tasks

Workflow triggers for tasks automate actions based on specific events, such as task creation or completion, to keep the team informed and ensure timely task management.

  1. Go to Workflow.

  2. Click on + Add New.

  3. Select Start from Scratch.

  4. Choose Tasks.

There are four categories under Workflow: Tasks—Task Created, Task Assigned, Task Started, and Task Completed. Each category serves to keep the team informed about the progress and status of tasks, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that no task goes unnoticed.

Create a Task

Tasks can be assigned to Housekeeping, Maintenance, or Inspectors, depending on the need. You can set up task templates for your team, so when a task is created, such as a Checkout task, the housekeeping team is alerted and provided with the checklist. Get Notification

You can customize these notifications by setting up conditions that align with your specific preferences, allowing you to automate and streamline task management for better efficiency and communication.


You can be notified via Slack or Email.

Assignment:

  • You can assign by group, tag, and specific properties where you want the workflow to apply.

Note: Remember to assign a team member once the task is created.
