Workflow Triggers: Upsells

Workflow triggers for upsells activate automated actions when guests show interest in additional services or products. These triggers help notify the team and manage the upsell process efficiently

  1. Go to Workflow.

  2. Click on + Add New.

  3. Select Start from Scratch.

  4. Choose Upsells.

Requested time

  • You can receive notifications via Slack and Email when a guest requests an upsell.
    Note: To enable sending email, please make sure that the domain is registered. You can see this article for the instructions on how to set it up

  • Set up a condition to get notified of requests up to 5 days before their check-in (this can be customized based on your preference).

  • Additionally, configure notifications for the specific types of upsells you have enabled.

Approved time

  • Get notified via Slack as soon as an upsell is approved.

  • Create a task for the field staff to fulfill the approved request.

Please note that you can apply multiple conditions to these rules. This will help automate the process and ensure you're always on top of every upsell request you receive.
