Upsells are now even more powerful with Mount integration! Offer additional experience & activity options for your guests to book and earn commission through your Mount account.
ℹ️ Set-up Mount Upsells:
You can now decide which users have access to view the user codes of your staff.
By default this access will be granted only to Admins but you can now edit this as it's own permission setting.
Introducing Guest Sign-in! Guests now have the option of signing in to the Guest Portal with an email address.
🚀 This creates a guest profile, enabling guests to add multiple stays, and provide easier information storage like saving guest credit card information. It also lays the foundation for a lot more loyalty capabilities to come.
You can now manually set a code for your smart lock after disabling the auto-scheduler. This feature allows you to associate a known working code with a guest’s reservation, ensuring it appears in the Guest Portal just like dynamic codes, providing a seamless guest experience.
❗Important Note: This feature does not install the code on the lock; it only displays it to guests.
ℹ️ How to manually update codes:
❗Note: Disable any other auto-scheduled codes so they don't continue to display to guests in the Portal. Previous codes should appear greyed out, with only your manual code white and "active" in the reservation Smart access list.
❗Note: Revoking access will disable Auto-schedule automatically and removes current codes pushed for that guest in their portal.
We now offer offline code support through Igloohome. Display Igloohome codes seamlessly in your Guest Portals when needed.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Added multi-signer capabilities, translation improvements, dynamic fields, and improved pre-checkin flow for multiple guest use cases.
Now you can assign upsells at the Property level in addition to the Portal level. If you have upsells that apply only to one or few properties, this feature is for you.

Updated various filter styles and fixed language filter bugs
Drag & drop manuals at the Property-level to reorder how they appear to guests!
You can also re-order the manual categories globally in the category settings.
Update the text displayed to users when prompted for security deposit and/or damage waiver.
ℹ️ This new option to add a "subtitle" text will appear in the Damage deposit verification rule if you enable a waiver or deposit.
