NEW FEATURES
With the new House Manual elements, you can now share a lot more details about your property with guests, ranging from amenities, appliances, to any other useful instructions you’d like you share.
These elements will be displayed to your guests in the “Your Rental” section. Identical elements across multiple properties/units can be assigned to as many units as you’d like.
How to Configure Your Manual:
ℹ️ Note that you can also assign house manual elements to a property directly from the property itself! This makes it easier to manage if you have many single-property specific elements.
👀 Preview:
You can now activate a feature that allows you to schedule a timer for guests to access their check-in instructions post-verification. This feature ensures that guests can only view the access details within a specified time frame leading up to their scheduled check-in, offering you peace of mind that guests won't be able to enter before the timer.
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
ℹ️ While this feature is particularly useful for properties that do not have smartlocks, it can also be used in combination with smartlocks to create excitement around the check-in date, and engage guests to interact with their portal more as they look forward to unlocking their check-in instructions.

Introducing a new feature that enables you to collect guests' estimated arrival and departure times during the verification process. This functionality empowers your team to effectively plan operational tasks such as cleaning and calendar management based on guest schedules.

Our Airbnb integration is live. Small hosts who do not have a PMS can directly connect to Airbnb and leverage the full power of SuiteOp, at any scale!
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Guests traveling alone were sometimes getting stuck in the “Other guests’ Verify step - which asks guests to provide the details of other members of their group. We’ve improved the end user experience for that feature.
