🤑 Upsells Get a Fresh Look

We know how crucial upsells are to your monetization strategy. This is why we have improved the upsell experience considerably, by making upsells a more central part of your guest journey.

Configure your categories & Featured Upsells

Head to your upsells and organize them by categories. Choose wether or not you want your upsells to be featured (in the main page) or in the “View all” Upsells page.

🚪New Check-in Instructions & Check-out Instructions

Check-in instructions got a refreshed look with a single-page experience.

• Loads 2x as fast as before
• Guests can now download the check-in instructions as a PDF for a seamless offline experience — ideal for international guests with no internet connection when traveling

Announcing Check-out instructions and smart-review collection for more 5-star stays ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just like your check-in instructions, you can now create beautiful check-out instructions, which will be displayed 18-hours before check-out.

• You can now capture pre-review ‘ratings’. Enable this in any of your checkout steps to be alerted if a guest rates you 4 stars or below (so you can take action before they leave a negative review elsewhere).
• When a guest selects 5-stars, they will be redirected to Airbnb to leave a positive review there (if they booked on Airbnb). If they booked on another channel, you can decide to re-direct them to Google or any other review sites (i.e. TripAdvisor) by adding your review site link inside the Property → Settings → Manual

• You can now link to both check-in and check-out instructions by using https://app.suiteop.com/reservation/*reservationID*?**tab=check-in** or end the URL with ?tab=check-out Use this in your PMS workflows to send customers directly to their check-in instructions!

✅ Translations

We’ve officially rolled out translations across all customers:

• To enable translations, head to Reservations → Portal → Click on a Portal → Select the languages you want to enable
• Whenever you edit a field, be sure to click on “Save and Translate” to properly save your changes.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

#️⃣ Tags

You can now slice and dice your properties by tags, directly imported from your PMS.

This can be used in the Property, Reservation, and Analytics page.
