SuiteOp provides an efficient and streamlined way for guests to access both check-in and check-out instructions directly through the SuiteOp portal. Below are the key aspects of how check-out instructions can be accessed and how messaging is handled:
Accessing Check-Out Instructions
Guests can view their check-out instructions directly within the SuiteOp portal. On the day of check-out, the instructions are prominently displayed through:
A banner at the top of the SuiteOp portal.
A button on the home screen linking directly to the check-out details.
Directly send a guest check-out instructions by added ?tab=checkout to the end of your portal link in PMS messaging
Additionally, guests can manually navigate to their check-out instructions by selecting Get access > Check-out instructions. This ensures flexibility and easy access at all times.
Messaging and Notifications
SuiteOp does not send direct messages, such as emails or SMS, to guests regarding check-out. Instead, any guest messaging is managed through your Property Management System (PMS).
