Do you offer compatibility with voice-activated smart devices like Amazon Alexa or Google Home?

We offer a robust integration with Amazon Alexa, allowing guests to not only use voice commands but also to access personalized information through Alexa Echo Show devices. This enhances the guest experience by adding a layer of convenience and personalization to their stay.

Is there an additional fee for each smart device I integrate?

Our CORE, PRO, and MAX plans include integration for one smart device per property at no extra cost. For additional devices within the same property, a nominal monthly fee of $3 per lock or thermostat applies. This fee supports the continued operation and development of SuiteOp, allowing you to take full advantage of device automation features.
