Our CORE, PRO, and MAX plans include integration for one smart device per property at no extra cost. For additional devices within the same property, a nominal monthly fee of $3 per lock or thermostat applies. This fee supports the continued operation and development of SuiteOp, allowing you to take full advantage of device automation features.
